This meditation is designed to help you relax at night, enter deep sleep and to live and evolve with intention, happiness and wisdom. As a nightly ritual, it will serve as a mini-life review and inspire you to manifest more joy, hope, forgiveness and love in your life.

The beginning part of this meditation will invite you to relax, let go of the day’s stress and experience the inspiring states of gratitude. You will then be guided with suggestions for creative problem solving and self improvement. The meditation ends with the intention for peaceful dreams, a deep night’s sleep and feelings of optimism upon wakening in the morning.

Because this is a deeply relaxing recording, it’s important to listen to it only when it is safe for you to close your eyes and relax, never while driving, or at any time when conscious thinking and reactions are required. Please wait after listening until you reach full alertness before resuming normal activity. However, it’s a beautiful meditation to enjoy in bed right before drifting into sleep.
