Coaching and Hypnosis

Weight loss hypnosis coaching works by utilizing your powerful subconscious mind to help you view and eat food in a healthy way, eliminate unhealthy habits and cravings, lose weight without extreme dieting and sustain your weight loss. Together, we will discuss your eating issues and what you feel has contributed to your weight gain, such as emotional eating, overeating, cravings, habitual snacking, lack of exercise, etc. This part of the session runs approximately 45 minutes. I will then guide you into a very pleasant, safe and relaxing state of hypnosis to help you integrate your goals and decisions within your subconscious mind, allowing you to manifest the changes you wish to make with ease and confidence.
Sessions are approximately 90-minutes in length. People often do an average of 3 sessions, but this varies depending on the issues involved. At the end of your session, I may make recommendations for follow-up sessions, but this decision is entirely your own. My weight loss book and hypnosis recording are available to supplement your sessions if desired.
Sessions can be held in my professional space or remotely from your home or office. If you choose to work with me remotely, please try to secure a quiet, private space for yourself. Headphones are recommended but not required.
