Coaching and Hypnosis

Are you an athlete or casual sports enthusiast who wants to boost your athletic performance?

Hypnosis can be a great tool to aid your ability to perform at your peak time after time and to enhance your skills, confidence and motivation.

Stories of great athletes using hypnosis and visualization abound: Mary Lou Retton, Jimmy Connors, Rod Carew, Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus are but a few known to have used these techniques to stay focused and win! In fact, the entire 1983 Chicago White Sox team used hypnosis to help win their division and reach the playoffs that year.

Are you ready to enjoy consistent peak athletic performance?

My individual sessions are absolutely private and customized to your specific needs. We will discuss your goals and any blocks that may be hindering your success. Hypnosis is a way to clear the mind of distractions and negative self-talk, allowing positive suggestions for change to enter the powerful subconscious mind. It’s a heightened use of guided visualization that many Olympic athletes use to consistently perform at their best. In fact, hypnosis can help sharpen your focus and abilities even during the most stressful competitive events.

Interested and intrigued?

I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation or reserve a 90-minute individual appointment. Sessions can be done remotely or in my professional space. I also do group hypnosis for teams.

If a session isn’t right for you at this time, perhaps you’d like to try my Enhanced Sports Performance Recording. Put on headphones or earbuds and boost your athletic confidence and abilities with self-hypnosis.

“My son, who has been in a slump since the start of baseball season, listened to your recording on sports performance before his game yesterday. They started a tournament with that game, so he’s on his third game since listening. Over the course of these three games, he has made several great (and creative!) plays, he’s gotten on base 3/4 at-bats, and has had no errors. A true turn around story. THANK YOU!!”
