Coaching and Hypnosis
Are you experiencing physical pain and illness or feeling anxious about an upcoming surgery or medical procedure?
Hypnosis and guided relaxation can help.
Research has shown that people who use guided imagery experience reduced stress and faster recovery and require less pain medication than control groups who don’t use these techniques. Hypnosis is a form of mental rehearsal for undergoing medical procedures in a positive way and visualizing a speedy recovery. It can also be beneficial in dealing with chronic pain issues, such as headaches, by reducing stress and allowing the body’s natural healing abilities to be activated. It does not replace medical care, but can be seen as a self-care tool to complement your doctor’s treatment. In fact, Blue Cross Blue Shield of California gives patients who are scheduled for 90 different types of major surgery, including cancer and blocked coronary arteries, a relaxing audio recording of suggestions and affirmations to accelerate recovery.
Would you like to experience the benefits of hypnosis and relaxation?
In your session with me, I will listen to your issues, concerns and goals and help you reach a very deep, safe and pleasant state of relaxation. Your session will be personalized to your individual needs and desires. Hypnosis allows the body and mind to relax, creating an easy flow of affirmations and positive suggestions into your subconscious mind.
Individual sessions are private and confidential and can be done remotely or in my professional space.
