Coaching and Hypnosis

Are you feeling your memory isn’t as sharp as you’d like?

Perhaps you’d like to have faster recall of names, facts or events. Or perhaps you need help remembering where you placed important papers or objects such as jewelry or money.

If you’d like a sharper memory, hypnosis can help. Hypnosis is a safe and relaxing trance state that focuses attention on a limited area, similar to looking through a telescope. It can help improve concentration, eliminate mental distractions and access cognitive information.

Here’s how:

First, hypnosis calms the mind and lowers stress hormones that tend to “freeze” the brain’s ability to remember and think clearly. Once you’re in a calm state, an inner “memory gate” opens and you can enter the storage area of the brain and retrieve the information. I have helped many people in this way remember where they’ve hidden valuable objects simply by relaxing, mentally going back to the time they hid the object and slowing down the steps to “see” where they placed the object.

You can also train your brain for better everyday recall, test taking, memorizing lines or being at your best professionally. With hypnosis coaching, you can sharpen your short term memory to quickly recall phone numbers or names of people you just met.

If you’d like to explore how hypnosis can benefit you, I invite you to call or text me or reserve a free 15-minute phone consultation. My individual sessions are private and confidential and can be done remotely or in my office.

If a session isn’t right for you at this time, you might enjoy my Enhanced Memory hypnosis recording. Put on headsets, close your eyes and enjoy the relaxing state of hypnosis in the comfort of your home or office.

Testimonials

“Kristin, I’m so excited that I had to call you right away! When I saw you a few days ago, you gave me the post hypnotic suggestion that I would suddenly remember where I hid my jewelry before going on vacation.  And today, without even thinking about the jewelry, the answer just popped into my mind! I mentally saw it hidden behind towels in my linen pantry. So I went through the towels and there it was. Thank you so much!”
